I got a text saying my order will be delivered earlier than my event - I need it at exactly the event time - what do I do?

Please note, if not already agreed on before delivery based on your time selected:
Hot food can be delivered up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time slot and cold food up to 60 minutes prior. This is to ensure we can deliver on time.
